1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to kuyaph. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and kuyaph ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the kuyaph website at kuyaph.club and all related services, games, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using the kuyaph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

To register and use kuyaph services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You must be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited player list maintained by kuyaph or relevant regulatory bodies.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of kuyaph, nor a close family member of such a person.

kuyaph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one (1) account on kuyaph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep this information updated at all times. kuyaph is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to provide accurate details, including lost access to your account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity performed under your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify kuyaph support immediately at [email protected]. Never share your login credentials with any third party.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

kuyaph may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any time during your account's lifecycle. Accepted documents include government-issued IDs such as a Philippine passport, UMID, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card. Verification helps us comply with anti-money laundering obligations and protect all players.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kuyaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds must comply with the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• kuyaph targets processing withdrawals within 3–5 business hours; however, delays may occur due to payment provider timelines.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All amounts on kuyaph are displayed in Philippine Peso (₱). kuyaph does not charge fees for standard deposits. Some payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which kuyaph is not responsible.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Wagering Requirements

kuyaph offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cashback offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid only for the time period stated in the respective promotion. Expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• One promotional offer per household, device, or IP address applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• kuyaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any suspected abuse of promotional offers — including, but not limited to, bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the promotion and may lead to account suspension.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kuyaph platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings obtained through known glitches may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the platform.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to kuyaph systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
• Using the platform in a manner that disrupts or damages the experience of other users.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the kuyaph platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game designs, text, software, trademarks, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of kuyaph or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from kuyaph without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuyaph, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service disruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decisions you make based on information provided on the platform.

kuyaph's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination & Account Closure

kuyaph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• You request self-exclusion or account closure voluntarily.
• We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory direction.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting bonus funds not yet wagered) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. kuyaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through kuyaph's customer support team.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts in the Philippines, as determined by applicable law and PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kuyaph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or on-site notification. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
